[EBB Sightings] shorebirds and no oil

just to let everyone know the area at the mouth  of Baxter Creek at 51st 
street is very badly oiled with areas literally soaked  and seething with oil. 
Recovered one dead scaup, and one live duck. No one from  any of the "official" 
agencies are there. with all the sloughs and inlets many  many many birds are 
hauling out from the oil. Also Piles of oil soaked trash in  heaps along the 
pathway not being picked up by the "agencies" because it needs  to be "tested" 
but left in the paved-bike ways for the rest of us and other  creatures to 
browse through. Disgraceful.
