    Hello,

Another phone number that works is (510) 981-6720 for oiled bird
sightings within the Berkeley Marina area, including Shorebird Park
and Cesar Chavez Park, the northern part of the Emeryville shoreline,
the north end of the Berkeley Meadow, and the little cove next to the
    Seabreeze Market.

I also want to add that the City of Berkeley Parks and Recreation has
set up a command center, bird drop-off point and volunteer training
center down at the Berkeley Marina and Shorebird Park. You can sign
up to volunteer by going to the Nature Center, which lies on the left
side of the road almost at the end of the road inside the park. You
can park in the parking lot on the right side of the road.
