After surveying the south shore of Alameda this morning with Glen Tepke, Tony Blake, Yvonne McHugh, and 2 other volunteers from GGAS who's names I didn't record, I tried for 3 hours to get though to the 877 number with no success. But, a quick perusal of the IBRRC website got me a number to a live person in SF on the first try, and they are taking reports 24 hours/ day. Here it is: Call 311 in San Francisco; Outside San Francisco: (415) 701-2311.
