Hi E. B. Birders,

At about 4:30 this afternoon, there were two first
fall White-winged Scoters in the area north of the the
channel bridge, not far from the north parking lot off
Swan Way at Martin Luther King Jr. Regional
Shoreline.? They were less than 100 feet out - a great
opportunity to compare this species with the nearby
Surf Scoters.
