  The annual rail survey at Arrowhead Marsh  (M.L.K. Regional Shoreline), today, produced 112 Clapper Rails, 67 Sora, 17 Virginia Rails and two Short-eared Owls.
 
   The Tropical Kingbird continues at the end of West Winton Ave. at the entrance to Hayward Regional Shoreline.  Look on the phone/electrical wires generally and the wires heading east along the flood control channel specifically.
