    Greetings EBB'ers,

At 1922 Hillsdale Street, Hayward this AM (6:55), Pat Gordon and I heard a
new yard bird (FIRST IN YARD = FIY = 118 species); Black-throated Gray Warbler
(BGWa). Also migrating through were two Western Tanagers (WeTa) and a
Wilson's Warbler (WiWa). A young male Black-headed Grosbeak (BHGr) still crunches
our black oil sunflower seeds (hoping he stays through the Hayward-Fremont
Christmas Bird Count, Sun., 16 Dec. 2007).

Bird Codes, courtesy of Dr. Howard L. Cogswell, a Bird Bander of long
    standing, we miss him.

    Happy birding,

    (I---I)
