    Hello,
    This morning there were two White-tailed kites hanging out around Albany 
    Bulb.  And the numbers of Golden-crowned sparrows at the Bulb suddenly have 
    taken a big jump, just since yesterday, it seems.
    
    Also, out on the breakwater there were the usual turnstones and 
    oystercatchers, plus a very large flock of Black-bellied plovers  (the 
    shorebirds tend to end up congregated out along the ends of the breakwater 
    where there is no human and canine foot traffic).
    
    Finally, there were TWO Wandering Tattlers present today.  I managed to take
