[EBB Sightings] FOS White-crowned Sparrow

This evening while we were eating dinner, an immature White-crowned 
Sparrow appeared at the feeder outside our dining room window.  With a 
bird arriving this early, I do wonder whether this is a dispersing 
Nuttalli (resident in the flatlands), or a migrating Gambelli.  It's not 
quite the earliest we've had White-crowns returning to our yard - in 
2001, an immature was seen on September 6; and an adult was seen on the 
14th.  September 13, was also the arrival date in 1997.
