[EBB Sightings] Great Horned Owl

They were calling here in El Sobrante about 5:30 in the morning yesterday--I
don't remember hearing them at this time last year.

Last night (Tuesday 9/11) about 10 pm we heard the
call of a male Great Horned Owl and --in the
distance--the slightly higher pitched response of a
female. Wow---usually don't hear them until
mid-October out here in the Refugio Valley area of
Hercules!
