I arrived at Frank's Dump West at 5 PM. about 4 hours after high tide. Only a few shorebirds were still there, most were on the exposed mudflats by the bay. A SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER (juv.) and a LESSER YELLOWLEGS were present. Another LESSER YELLOWLEGS was near the Interpretive Center, and a PRAIRIE FALCON was nearby on a transmission tower.
