Last Thursday afternoon (8/9) there were 4 phalaropes swimming in Lake Anza
in Tilden Park.  They were located near the upper parking lot and bridge.
 I've been to the lake many times, and have never seen
phalaropes there before.  If anyone else has seen or IDed them,
please let me know.  Thank you.
