[EBB Sightings] Re: Albany Bulb/racetrack area wetlands??

Does anyone know what the green area with lakes spouting water  is in  
front of Golden Gate Fields next to Codornices Creek? (You can see if  
from I-80...) Is it some kind of treatment wetlands? It is just south  
of that nice little Albany shorebird Caltrans mitigation wetland...
