We also turned up some migrating/dispersing species today on sunny
Vollmer Peak in Tilden. Two flocks (4, 11) of American White Pelicans
soared high overhead toward the Bay, a female Northern Harrier flew
along the ridge southbound, and singles of Cassin's Vireo,
Black-throated Gray Warbler and Hermit Warbler were in pines near the
    top of the hill.
