[EBB Sightings] Hayward Shoreline

Today at the shoreline (Tue) the following was seen - 

Cooper's Hawk - 10. 1 adult male and 2 nestlings at the Winton Ave. nest. 1 adult male and 4 nestlings that were fledging at the nest on the north side of San Lorenzo Community Park. 1 adult male on the south side of Skywest Golf Course. 1 adult male on Whitsell (spelling ?) Road, between Breakwater Ave. and Enterprise, probably was almost certainly defending a nest. The nest was probably seen, but nothing was seen on it.

Peregrine Falcon - 1 immature on the ground in Frank's Dump West, but I don't know where the nest is that it came from. Because of it being here, the number of shorebirds was way down.

Dunlin - 4 at Frank's Dump West. 1 in near breeding plumage and 3 in winter plumage.
