[EBB Sightings] red phalarope - Richmond

I bicycle by the Richmond / Marina Bay area twice a day on most weekdays 
and I have not seen the Red Phalarope since Monday.  I do see Avocets and 
Killdeer there alot.  I normally only stop and check if I see something 
that seems out of the ordinary and I have been looking for the Phalarope 
since I first saw it.

I have seen Phalaropes in that exact spot a few times in the last few 
years but it is infrequent and they tend to only stay for a day or so.
