[EBB Sightings] It Was a Shelduck

I found a female Ruddy Shelduck this morning along the Bay Trail in Richmond. 
  It flew from the marsh just north of the 51st St entrance and landed way 
out along the low tide surf, near a small flock of scaup.   No sign of the Red 
Phalarope.
