Several days ago a female Black-headed Grosbeak joined the male that has 
been visiting our feeders since April 26.  Hopefully, his singing indicates
that he is claiming the territory and perhaps breeding and nesting will
ensue.   In addition, we have had a Black-chinned Hummingbird at our
feeders.
