    Watch was stopped at 1:30 due to high, gusty winds blowing steadily above 20
    mph with gusts above 25..
    
    Raptors per hour is again about half that of previous watches. Red Tail
    counts are down by half. Have checked a couple of migration timetables, and
    they show Red Tail migration dropping off in mid to late April. Timetables
    show Osprey and accips peaking during this period. Over the last week or so,
    we are definitely seeing more accips and Ospreys.
