[EBB Sightings] Great Egrets Nesting along I 680

While driving north on I680 yesterday, I spotted a Great Egret  
carrying nesting material (a large stick) to a waiting partner high  
in a  Eucalyptus tree.  The nest is about 3/8 of a mile south of the  
Stoneridge exit, on the west side of the interstate.  Maybe they've  
been there in years past, but this location seems like a strange  
place to nest. . . .
