March 10 at 11:30 pm for an hour or so I saw a pair of Western Screech Owls 
with lots of calling and tail flicking on a flag pole. I gather the nest is 
nearby.

Cliff swallows arrived in mid February. Tree and Barn Swallows arrived last 
week and are working hard on the nests.
