After waiting 30 minutes, I saw the Solitaire yesterday. It spent about 15 
minutes singing, hunting, and preening, before flying away.

Time was about noon.
Place was on Geary Rd. between mile .3 and .4 from the Geary/Calaveras 
intersection.
The bird was in a large, bare oak on the south side of the road opposite a 
double gate in the pasture fence.
