[EBB Sightings] golden eagles

Sweet sightings. Yup, locking talons is a courtship
behavior for eagles. 'Tis the season.
It's a trust-building exercise and cheap bird thrills,
all wrapped up in one big, golden-feathered package.

ps Round Valley is a big breeding area for goldens.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that it has the
largest population density of breeding goldens in the
Bay Area, and maybe anywhere.
