Hi Birders.  

Ed Pandolfino's nice TUFTED DUCK continues with the Scaup flock at Clifton
Court Forebay in extreme eastern Contra Costa County.  Ed's directions were
great, but in case you missed them, park at the fenced off levee, then walk
out, and scope the Scaup flock in the first bay as you head around the lake
clockwise.  There were thousands of Aythya and Goldeneyes out there, so
there may be more rare Ducks out there, but I couldn't find any.
