Subject: [CVBirds] Tufted Duck in Contra Costa County

Today, while poaching out of my area on the East Contra Costa CBC, I found
a Tufted Duck (male) at Clifton Court Forebay in eastern Contra Costa
    County.

It was very close to shore resting with a large group of scaup just around
the first left hand bend as you begin to walk clockwise around the forebay.

Tuft is a bit tattered, but still visible when the head was up and when
    tucked.
