[EBB Sightings] Peal's Peregrine at Coyote Hills

We had a fine GGAS outing today at Coyote Hills, and one highlight was
a 'Pealii' Peregrine Falcon. Beautiful bird. We first saw it atop the
large pointed rock on the hilltop west of the visitor's center. Later
it flew directly overhead.
