[EBB Sightings] Vulture behavior

Here is a strange story. A turkey vulture hung around the house near Lake 
Chabot park this weekend. It had to be chased from the house of a neighbor 
after entering uninvited. It was sitting on the fence this morning paying no 
attention to the barking of the dog. It showed no fear but intimidated the 
neighbors to the point of wanting to call a wildlife expert. Has anyone 
heard of such behavior before, and are the kids in any danger of a bite.
