We again had a siskin at our thistle feeder this morning. Assuming
it was the same one that we saw on the 9th of July (not sure how
warranted this assumption is), its wing bars had grown in a bit more,
and were definitely white. The siskin fed for about 5 minutes, but
was finally chased off by some of the american and lesser goldfinches
that were jostling for position on the thistle bag.

We are located in "richmond view", Contra Costa County, near Wildcat
    Canyon Regional Park.

    Good Birding,

    Alan
