[EBB Sightings] SF Falcon Achieves Brancher Status

This afternoon, the chick in the SF falcons' nest figured out how to get 
up on the ledge and look around. Now he's jumping in and out of the 
planter like a little kid playing with a cardboard box....

He's got most of his feather suit, but still has a downy mohawk and the 
young-falcon white rim to the tail feathers.
