[EBB Sightings] Tufted Duck

The male Tufted Duck was still at Aquatic Park in Berkeley this AM. He was 
swimming with one of the few remaining female Scaup. I only saw one male 
Scaup. They were swimming west to east along the southern end of the large 
pond. A major annoyance was a couple who seemed to think it was OK to 
operate their remote contolled noisy  high speed toy boat on the middle 
pond. About 30-40 water fowl took off as they ran it along the pond. 
Needless to say I called the BPD but they seemed unable to grasp what I was 
complaining about and if their lack of enforcement over the leash law, 
loitering etc down there is any reflection, they probably won't do anything.
