[EBB Sightings] Admin Test

We are trying to get the archives working which requires this test 
message.  Sorry.

As another reminder to posters, please set your email programs to 
send text-only messages or the server will probably return them 
automatically.  I've already seen one example of this since the 
software upgrade.
