We were able to find the Yellow-bellied Sapsucker in the
streamside-willow to the left of the maintenance buildings in Newhall
Community Park on Sunday afternoon about 2:30-3 p.m. He stayed and
worked the sapholes for about half an hour and then flew off across the
    park in a southerly direction.

We also had very good looks at a green heron foraging along the creek.

Good birding to all. Kate & Will Taylor
