East Bay Birders,
This morning during a 3 hour hike at Morgan Territory I found 8-10 Varied
Thrush. I found the birds on the Coyote Trial where it turns north away from
the creek in the canyon. This is a reliable spot for Varied Thrush as I've
found them in this general location for several years. The trail down the
canyon is very muddy and slippery. Hutton's Vireo's are calling loudly
throughout the park as well.
