[EBB Sightings] Band-tailed Pigeon

They have been a common, yet unwelcome, visitor under our feeders in Moraga
for about 10 years.  We have had as many as 20 in our yard at one  time (we
stopped feeding until they left).

(The following is not meant as a commercial)  Over the last 6-8 years in our
store, we have noticed an eastern movement of Band-tailed backyard
sightings.  We used to only get them from El Sobrante and Moraga, then they
began being reported in Orinda, Lafayette, and now we get reports from
Martinez, Concord, Pleasanton, etc.  They disappear in winter and begin
being seen in late winter or spring.  We had our first 2 yesterday.
