[EBB Sightings] E. Wigeon, WT Sparrow - Albany

This evening there were two male Eurasian Wigeons in the bay just off 
the Albany mudflats, north of the Albany bulb.

There was also a very striking male American Wigeon with the lower part 
of the face (that is normally finely streaked gray) the same yellowish 
white as the crown stripe, so the head was all white except for the 
green stripe behind the eye.

There were a few Whimbrels on the mud flats and a tan-striped 
White-throated Sparrow near the end of the paved path at the base of the 
bulb.
