[EBB Sightings] Cooper's

A friend in the South Bay asked that I inquire whether others have noted a
lack of adult Cooper's Hawks. While she is seeing plenty of juveniles, the
adults are conspicuously absent. Has this been observed or contradicted by
others' sightings? Thank you.
