[EBB Sightings] Grizzly Island

Though not exactly in the region covered by this forum
(it's just across the Bay from Concord), I was hoping
someone could provide me with some birding information
on Grizzly Island Wildlife area.

Such as:  Where to bird there?  When to go for best
birding? What hikes/drives to do?

I'd appreciate any help or information...I've always
been intrigued by that area as a birdy spot on the
map.
