[EBB Sightings] New personal high count from train: 10 Osprey

On my commute to work on Amtrak this morning from 8:30-9:00, I had a  
new personal high count of 10 Osprey between Martinez and Richmond.  
There were four perched (with fish) between the Carquinez and Benicia  
Bridges and four flying in the same vicinity. An additional one  
soaring and one perched (eating fish) were in the vicinity of Pinole  
Regional Park as we approached Richmond.
