Had excellent viewing of three peregrine juveniles and the two adults
this afternoon, Sunday, June 5, approximately 3-4pm. The male was out
hunting most of the time while the female sat at the very top of the
rock where the nesting cave is located.

The juveniles were testing their wings and didn't seem to go too far
from the top of the cliff. The adults periodically dive bombed the nest
of the great horned owls which is located lower down and to the left of
    the peregrine nest.

Thanks to Doug Bell, a falcon specialist with EB Regional Parks, we
became familiar with the cries of the juveniles and the adults and were
able to get better views of them through his scope.
