[EBB Sightings] Sibley - Eagles et al

As per the Sibley eagles...having these birds nest in such an urban area
is a rare treat, but habituated is not the same as unaware. Have a
little empathy for the birds, who are biologically constrained to sit
tight, despite our prying eyes. Do use common courtesy for our avian
friends (I know we all practice it for our human ones) and be discrete
in your viewing.
If the birds are peering back at you while they are on the nest, they
are at the very least concerned by your presence. Although the area gets
heavy use by walkers and dogs, walking by is not the same as training
optical equipment, pointing and staring.
