[EBB Sightings] Lake Merrit Scaup sex ratios

I took a lunchtime walk to Lake Merritt today. Except for Scaup most divers have left. Saw but a single Bufflehead, a single Goldeneye.  But I did again notice something that I have noticed with every trip to Lake Merritt. The Male/Female ratio in the Scaup was perhaps 150 to 1.  Extremely lop-sided.  Has anyone else noticed this?  Sex ratios out on the Bay seem generally normal.  Today I saw nearly all Greater, so perhaps the Lessers have largely moved on.
