Just saw the first Allen's hummingbird at our feeder this morning. I 
suspect he was a new arrival since he didn't immediately perch and 
drink, but hovered at each red plastic "flower" to taste it and even 
hovered over the red cap on top and dipped his beak in the dew drops 
clinging to it.
