[EBB Sightings] Did you see the Berkeley Long-tailed Duck on Sunday?

Bay area birders:

The Oakland Christmas Bird Count was held yesterday, Sunday December 
19.  Unfortunately, our CBC team did not see the Long-tailed Duck 
that's been near the Berkeley pier for several days.  But the team 
members talked to people who said they had seen the duck yesterday.

So . . . .  Did you see the Long-tailed Duck yesterday, December 19?  
If so, we co-compilers of the Oakland CBC would very much appreciate a 
brief report from you, saying when and where you saw the bird, and how 
you identified it as that species.

Thanks very much in advance.  Your help will allow us to include it as 
a species seen on count day.
