[EBB Sightings] East Contra Costa birds on 9 Dec 2004

Hi EB Birders,
 
Nothing rare, but we enjoyed great weather and 90 species. 
 
Highlights:
Caspian Tern  - 1 over our heads on Holland Track  Is anyone else seeing a few still hanging around?
Redheads - 2 males and 1 female on Clifton Court Forebay
Orange-crowned Warbler - 3  (1 in eucalyptus, 2 in blackberry bushes)
Sandhill Cranes - 100+  (40 or so directly overhead, calling, all adults)
(Outside the East Bay Birder's Circle - 200+ Yellow-headed Blackbirds along Sherman Island Rd. on the Sacramento County side of the Antioch bridge.)
