Boy that is a big order.
    Who own those records ?
Under what code are the country records managed ?
Who decides what is a record and/ or should be recorded ?
What individual deems he or she has an authority over someone else
    sighting ?
I like Paul Lehman article, actual letter in ABA's Birding October 2004
    pp.452,453,454.
Is there a code of Ethics and integrity for the county list keepers ?
I'd like to see that posted.
Anyhow birding is so much fun. Back yard birding is a lot of fun to. I
have a close buddy he has a list for the parking area of his huge condo
development. He spots a lot of good birds from his second floor porch.
I wish I didn't have to work, I'd bird all the time.
I sound like Andy Rooney of 60 minutes - sorry.

    Bob, Rich:

How hard would it be to post the Alameda County Records at
    http://www.ohloneaudubon.org/oas2.html? Many chapters do.

The area described below was the former Longspur Area until the late
80s. Birders who have been looking for the Longspurs recently will have
noticed the bulldozers moving dirt around the area south of the RCA
    antennas.
