Yellow Headed Blackbirds on Sherman Island Saturday 10/23-Take HWY 160
north over the Oakley (Antioch) bridge, and then take the first right (I
think it's Sherman Island Road). We drove to where the road makes a left at
the water, and a field with some thistle plants had a good number. Also
spotted a large flock of Sandhill Cranes on the wing.
