Yesterday (10-03-04) at the Hayward Shoreline

Winton Ave - nothing unusual, no migrants
Mt. Trashmore - nothing unusual
Hayward Landing - 
   Surfbird - 18 on the rocks. Some flew to Frank's Dump West
San Lorenzo Community Park -
   Ross Goose - 1 (probably summered)
San Lorenzo Creek
   Broad-winged Hawk - 1, seen from where the trail from Grant Ave meets the creek
Offshore from Ora Loma Sewer Plant -
   Elegant Tern - 20
San Leandro Marina -
   Elegant Tern - 120, on the small island tothe south and just offshore from the main channel.
   Common Tern - 1
