[EBB Sightings] Administrative Issues

EBB Sightings List Members,

  As a reminder, please keep  your postings to the sighting of birds in 
Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.  Discussion of various topics belong 
on chat lists.  Also, it is important to post messages in plain text.  
Any postings that are not in plain text are held for administrative 
approval before they are sent to the list members which may result in 
several days of delay.

Another posting issue has come to my attention.  Do not send any 
messages with an attachment.  If any such much does get through to the 
list members, do not open the attachment.  Following this protocol is a 
protective measure against a computer virus.
