[EBB Sightings] Ruff - Aquatic Park Berkeley

I am posting this on behalf of Zach Baer.  Zach was looking for the Northern
Waterthrush at the southern-most pond at the Berkeley Aquatic Park this
evening and found a Ruff.  Access is from Bay Street.  See Bob Dunn's
message from earlier today for more information on this location.
