I saw the GC Kinglet/RC Kinglets in the oak trees a couple of weeks ago also. It was amazing, if you just stood there they would fly almost within your reach (some of them upside down). Question is: are there normally a lot of GC kinglets wintering in the area? I don't remember them in years past (in my 3 years or so of birding experience), but maybe it was just a case of not knowing what to look for.
