AND, a 1996 sighting of 3 birds, with some commentary on ID - from Les
Chibana, who now lives in Hawaii, but his website lives on.

Subject: [EBB Sightings] Flamingo at SF Bay Next to Pelican Trail at Coyote
Hills Reserve
This is my first posting to EBB. I had posted EBB area posting to SBB and
never realized the mistake until pointed out by a member.
I spent Saturday morning at Coyote Hills Reserve. The Common
Moorhen reported earlier on Thursday (at Chochenyo and Muskrat Trails
intersection pond on
right side) could not be found today.
The Male Common Yellowthroat was still active along the Marsh overlook
boardwalk off the Muskrat trail
The highlight was a Flamingo sighted in the Bay next to Pelican Trail at
Coyote Hills Reserve.
Following is the link to my recent pictures where the Common Moorhen,
Yellowthroats and Flamingo pictures are posted.
